EXHIBITOR HANDBOOK
A. EXHIBITION SPACE
The exhibition spaces are arranged as open floor areas, according to the official floor plan of the event. Carpeting and general lighting systems are provided and installed in accordance with the venue’s standards, ensuring overall aesthetic consistency and lighting quality throughout the exhibition area.
Participating enterprises are responsible for designing, constructing, and completing their exhibition spaces based on their own concepts, in alignment with brand image, products, and communication objectives. The Organizing Committee does not impose design requirements, in order to encourage creativity and brand individuality.
The exhibition space options include basic booths, enhanced booths, and special exhibition spaces, with various size options such as 5m², 10m², 16m², 32m²… Each basic exhibition space is provided with at least:
Printed hiflex backdrop with company name at the back, height 2.4m (printing file provided by the exhibitor)
01 table (0.6 x 1.6m)
02 chairs
Basic power supply for standard display needs
In case the enterprise requires additional power supply or high-capacity equipment (LED screens, performance equipment, machinery, special technologies…), please inform the Organizing Committee in advance for technical consultation and separate quotation.
B. TRANSPORTATION & INSTALLATION SCHEDULE
As the exhibition area is located in an upper-floor hall, all transportation of goods, materials, and exhibition equipment must be carried out via the building’s elevator system, in accordance with the coordination and regulations of the Building Management.
Booth installation is permitted from 14:00 on the day before the opening day and continues until 05:00 on the opening day. Participating companies are required to proactively arrange their transportation, construction schedule, and personnel within this time frame.
During the installation process, participating units must:
Complete all main installation items before the exhibition opening time
Ensure occupational safety, cleanliness, and order in the construction area
Fully comply with all technical, safety, and fire prevention regulations of the venue
C. CONSTRUCTION & DECORATION REGULATIONS
Companies are fully responsible for the design, construction, and completion of their booths within the allocated area.
The maximum height for booth decoration and installation is 3 meters. Any special design exceeding 3 meters must be submitted to the Organizing Committee for approval.
All construction items must ensure structural safety and must not affect neighboring booths or the general infrastructure of the hall.
Drilling, nailing, or directly attaching materials to the floor, walls, ceiling, or fixed structures of the venue is strictly prohibited.
Decorative materials must be safe, neat, and aesthetically appropriate; they must not emit odors, dust, or excessive noise during the exhibition period.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to request adjustments or removal of any items that do not comply with regulations or affect overall safety.
D. SAFETY & FIRE PREVENTION REGULATIONS
Companies and construction units must strictly comply with all occupational safety and fire prevention regulations of the venue.
The use of flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, or high-heat-generating equipment is prohibited unless approved by the Organizing Committee.
Emergency exits, technical corridors, and common areas must remain unobstructed at all times and must not be blocked or occupied.
Throughout the exhibition period, companies are responsible for monitoring the safety of their booths and displayed equipment.
E. EXHIBITION OPENING HOURS & OPERATION
Booths must be fully completed and ready for operation before the official opening time.
Companies must arrange staff to be present at their booths throughout the entire exhibition opening hours.
Dismantling or relocating exhibited products or equipment before the exhibition ends is not permitted unless approved by the Organizing Committee.
Companies are responsible for safeguarding their assets, products, and personal belongings throughout the event duration.
F. DISMANTLING & SITE RESTORATION
Booth dismantling is only permitted after the official conclusion of the exhibition, according to the schedule announced by the Organizing Committee.
Companies must remove all materials, structures, and waste, and return the site to its original condition.
Any damage caused to floors, walls, ceilings, or shared infrastructure shall be compensated by the company in accordance with the venue’s regulations.
